The ask for bookings is easy, but the Host Coaching for your parties will determine your paycheck. This starts even before the party begins. When you are consistently host coaching your hosts and running successful virtual parties, you will have successful shows 80% of the time. It’s important to remember that you will have hosts that fall on both ends and in the middle of a pendulum and there will be some hosts that are uncoachable. It’s okay. This is why it is so important to consistently book 4 parties a week so when you do have a party that doesn’t go well, you can be excited about the others and still meet your income goal.
If you don’t have a successful Host Coaching System or you need to freshen up yours, here is mine that I would absolutely recommend using. It starts the Monday before the pre-party begins. It also includes a google calendar link if you prefer to keep everything on your calendar.

No matter where you party, your success will depend on host coaching and relationship building with your host and guests. You can easily remember the most important host coaching steps if you use S.I.P.
Invite

Tell your host to be very intentional about inviting guests to the party. This may be the most difficult part of host coaching.

We recommend hosts personally invite 50 friends with the goal of getting 25 to the party. Sometimes it may take more than that!

Schedule

Confirm the party start date, order deadline, rewards type, and if you are going to schedule a live demonstration for the party.

Set party expectations like how many days you will post content, should they return every day, where can they interact, get them familiar with their party site

Get your host excited and send them a digital host packet
Participate

Participation is what makes a host a host!

Guests expect to see their host at the party so it is important for the host to show up either through making a welcome post, commenting on other posts, or starting the conversation in group chat.

Your host will also play a key role by sending reminders to guests to place orders or thank them for coming or ordering.

This is a great way to start getting sales rolling in to qualify a party before it begins. Have your host post the text below on their personal Facebook wall?

challenge to win free gifts and they can spark up fun competitions! This runs for the duration
of the party and ends at the end of the week.

When you book a party, give the ordering link to the host right away and have her send it out to guests to start collecting early orders. When the party is set up, share a Superhero challenge, so as guests join, they can be a superhero!

Wednesday Winner! I update the party banner first thing on Wednesday morning. On Tuesday, take time to go through your parties and schedule a post tagging all guests. I schedule this post for around the lunch hour on Wednesday. Here is the key: watch your email and update this specific post when orders come in. I do this consistently through Wednesday afternoon/evening. It helps with Facebook algorithms and tags the guests tagged in this post again with a notification and brings in more orders.

This is a great way to catch any of your host’s family and friends who were not invited to the FB party. Have your host post this the day before the party ends.
